Returns

This Returns Policy was last updated on 19th March, 2026.

We hope you love our products as much as we do but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and would like to return the product for an exchange or refund please email us at hallo@ancientandbrave.de

Returns are nice and easy. You can make a return if your product is damaged or there is a fault or simply if you have changed your mind*.

*Sealed product items must be unopened.

1. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

1.1 If you have received your order but you have changed your mind or you are not sure a product is quite right for you then please:

(i) Email us at hallo@ancientandbrave.de within 14 days of receiving your order;

(ii) Include your Order Number and a few details on the reason for the return

(iii) Please re-pack it with care using all of the original packaging or a suitable alternative. You are responsible for the return package and all associated posting costs.

Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if their seal has been removed after delivery.

(iv) The product must reach us within 28 days of receiving your order. Use a tracked shipping service and keep proof of shipment in case the package does not arrive for any reason.

1.2 If your product has arrived damaged or there is a fault then please:

(i) Contact us at hello@ancientandbrave.earth and send us information on your order;

(ii) Include your Order Number and a few details regarding the issue or fault. We will resolve this issue for you and send you a new product straight away.

1.3 We will use all reasonable efforts to issue a refund within 10 working days but, in any event, no later than 14 calendar days after receipt of the returned product.

1.4 We regret that additional costs such as express delivery charges or any customs, import duties or taxes (on deliveries outside of the United Kingdom) cannot be refunded.

1.5 Please note that refunds on items bought as gifts can only be issued to the original purchaser.

2. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

2.1 You can cancel your order at any time prior to your order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day they are received.

Please email hallo@ancientandbrave.de with your address and Order Number.

3. 30 DAY CONFIDENCE GUARANTEE

We are so confident that you’ll love our products that we’re giving you 30 days to experience the benefits of your A+B ritual. If you’re not 100% happy after 30 days you can request a refund.

Terms and conditions

In the event you are not fully satisfied with your product purchase please do email hello@ancientandbrave.eu within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please add the message title as “30 Day Guarantee” and include your order number, full name and address in your email as well as the reason for your requested return.  

We will reply within three working days with confirmation of receipt of your email and shipping details (Confirmation Email). 

Our support team will review your request, and contact you with the next steps for your refund.

We will use all reasonable efforts to issue a refund within 10 working days but, in any event, no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned product.

Additional costs such as delivery charges (express or otherwise), any customs, import duties or taxes and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
