"Tasteless but definitely make a difference to overall energy. Would be a 4 or 5 if the packaging wasn't so inconvenient to open! The perforation is weak and when you finally get it open, the hole is so small that pouring out is impossible. Had the same with the collagen sachets my wife bought. We ended up having to bite open lower down or use scissors if we had them but kind of defeats the point of having sachets for easy use on the go!"
