Our Matcha + Collagen contains 3g of hydrolysed collagen peptides, specifically designed at a lower dose so you can adjust your daily dose, by adding more True or Wild Collagen if you wish. True and Wild Collagen contains 100% hydrolysed collagen peptides and we recommend a daily intake of 5-10g of collagen for optimal benefits. You could add an additional 2-7g (~1 teaspoon) of True or Wild Collagen to your Matcha + Collagen. Alongside the collagen content, you may experience additional benefits from the ingredients in Matcha + Collagen including antioxdiant rich Matcha, Lion's Mane, MCT powder, Moringa and Cinnamon.
WHAT TYPE OF COLLAGEN IS IN MATCHA + COLLAGEN?

WHAT MILK IS SUITABLE TO ADD TO THIS PRODUCT?
This really is down to dietary preference. We love adding our favourite unsweetened plant mylk to Matcha + Collagen but it goes equally as well with full fat, semi or skimmed cow’s milk.
CAN I TAKE OTHER COLLAGEN ALONGSIDE THIS PRODUCT?
Matcha + Collagen can be taken alongside other Ancient + Brave products containing collagen, such as our True Collagen, Wild Collagen, Cacao + Collagen and Coffee + Collagen. Collagen provided per serving in our current products: 5g per 5g serving in True Collagen and Wild Collagen, 3g per 6g serving in Matcha + Collagen, 2g per 10g serving in Cacao + Collagen and Coffee + Collagen. We recommend 5-10g per day. It also contains 0.25g of MCT oil per 6g serving.
IS THIS PRODUCT SUITABLE FOR BREASTFEEDING OR PREGANANT WOMEN?
You should always consult your doctor or midwife regarding any new additions to your diet or supplements you take during your pregnancy and breastfeeding journey. Matcha is a natural source of caffeine and therefore we urge you to be aware of your overall caffeine intake. Lion's Mane has not been extensively studied in pregnancy for safety, due to ethical reasons, and therefore when making your choice this needs to be considered and we urge caution until more information is available.
DOES THIS PRODUCT CONTAIN CAFFEINE?
As a green tea, Matcha + Collagen contains antioxidant rich caffeine although at lower amounts compared to coffee. Matcha also naturally contains L-Theanine which balances the effect of caffeine and is often better tolerated (no jitters!). A 6g serving of Matcha + Collagen contains 0.23 mg of caffeine.
