If you’re not 100% happy after 30 days you can request a refund.

Terms and conditions

• In the event you are not fully satisfied with your product purchase please do email hallo@ancientandbrave.de within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please add the message title as “30 Day Guarantee” and include your order number, full name and address in your email as well as the reason for your requested return.  

• We will reply within three working days with confirmation of receipt of your email and shipping details (Confirmation Email). 

• Our support team will review your request, and contact you with the next steps for your refund.

• We will use all reasonable efforts to issue a refund within 10 working days but, in any event, no later than 30 calendar days after receipt of the returned product.

• Additional costs such as delivery charges (express or otherwise), any customs, import duties or taxes and gift-wrapping cannot be refunded.
