"I’ve been talking True Collagen for 12+ months consistently with my morning coffee, I have really noticed the difference in my skin and hair. As a 49 year old woman, maintaining healthy skin and hair is a challenge but True Collagen definitely aids both. My skin feels more supple and radiant, my hair feels fuller and looks healthier. However, the packaging needs a rethink as you need scissors to get into the sachets which you don’t have when out and about, I’ve used my teeth and then spilt the insides annoyingly. It needs either a tear strip or thinner end to make it easier to open."
